Whether you’re a student, working full-time, or just craving a fresh start, this simple plan will help you feel lighter, calmer, and more in control by the end of the week.
Day 1: Declutter Your Space, Declutter Your Mind
Start your reset by clearing your environment.
Tidy up your bedroom, workspace, and digital space (delete old photos, apps, emails).
Light a candle or use an essential oil diffuser - lavender or eucalyptus are great choices.
